Welcome to LaPremia, a premium dry cleaning, laundry, and finishing services company operated by Faire Lavear LLP. By availing of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Charges & Express Delivery:

   • Standard service rates apply as per the published price list.

   • Express delivery is subject to an additional charge of 50-100% over the regular tariff.

2. Inspection & Claims:

   • Customers must inspect their articles at the time of delivery. LaPremia is not responsible for any damages reported after the processed articles have been delivered.

   • Any dissatisfaction with the service must be reported within 24 hours for resolution.

3. Reprocessing & Liability:

   • Free reprocessing will be offered if there is a quality issue with the service.

   • LaPremia is not responsible for:

     • Color bleeding, shrinkage, or damages to embellishments, embroidery, or delicate fabrics.

     • Stubborn stains that cannot be removed despite our best efforts.

     • Damage to articles that cannot withstand standard cleaning processes.

4. Risk & Compensation:

   • All articles are accepted at the customer’s risk under a “No Claim” policy.

   • Compensation for damaged articles will be limited to 10 times the cleaning charge or INR 3,000, whichever is lower.

   • Items under dispute will be retained by LaPremia in case of refund claims.

5. Delivery & Storage:

   • While every effort is made to deliver on time, delays due to unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for compensation or refunds.

   • LaPremia is not responsible for articles not collected beyond 15 days from the scheduled delivery date.

6. General Terms:

   • We reserve the right to modify our pricing, terms, and conditions without prior notice.

   • Prices may vary across different stores and locations.

   • Images of garments may be used for promotional purposes.

   • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Uttar Pradesh courts.
